Cedarwood by Del Webb, a 55+ active adult community, is the final neighborhood selling within the Terramor master-planned community. How many homes are in the Terramor master plan?

At full buildout, the Terramor master-planned community includes approximately 1,450 homes.

Terramor is a family-friendly master-planned community with miles of walking trails, neighborhood parks and approximately 540 acres of preserved open space. There are two amenity centers residents can enjoy.

The Veranda (Open to All Residents)

The Veranda is Terramor’s central amenity center and a welcoming space for all. Amenities include:

What recreational activities are near Terramor?

In addition to the clubhouses, trails and open space within the community, Terramor’s location in Temescal Valley places residents close to a wide range of outdoor recreation.

Enjoy boating and fishing at Lake Elsinore or tee off at Glen Ivy Golf Club, located about 10 minutes away. More than a dozen golf courses are within a 30-minute drive.

What is the property tax rate at Terramor?

The estimated effective property tax rate in Riverside County is approximately 1.7%. Actual taxes vary based on purchase price, home features and local assessments. Please consult the Del Webb sales team for the most current information.

Does Terramor have Mello-Roos?

Yes. Terramor includes Mello-Roos (Community Facilities Districts, or CFDs), which help fund public infrastructure and community improvements. Specific costs vary by homesite. Please contact the Del Webb sales office for details.

Do builders cooperate with brokers or offer broker referral fees?

Del Webb is currently the last homebuilder at Terramor. Please contact the Sales Office for specific details.

If you are working with a broker on your new home purchase, they must accompany you on your first visit to Terramor to remain eligible for most builder referral programs.

How do I get in touch with the community’s Master Homeowner’s Association?
