Discovery Is In OurNature
In a place as open and scenic as Terramor, parks and trails are celebrated. Tree-lined roads, trails and parkways will offer naturally refreshing vistas in every direction. Simply put, Terramor is an outdoor wonderland.
Terramor preserves 540 acres of open space, including the natural riparian habitat. Within Terramor, over five miles of trails allow for exploration and connect to a network of adjacent regional trails. Twenty-two acres of parks promote a lifestyle of activity, fun and adventure. With sporting fields and room for activities, there’s always something to do here.
Named for the old stage line that came through Temescal Valley, Butterfield Trail stretches along the base of Terramor, connecting residents with parks and trails.
This path of discovery begins near Terramor’s preserved riparian area and works its way up to the nearby hills, with informative signs on the local wildlife and spectacular views of the Santa Ana Mountains.
Winding through the community, a network of pathways allows residents to wander, walk, run and stroll through neighborhoods from homes to parks and amenities.
