Kentucky Derby Party 

The Terrace Club, May 4, 2:30 – 4:30pm  

It’s Derby Day at Terramor! Come on down to The Terrace Club with your most spectacular hat in hand and celebrate this classic American pastime as you mingle with residents, enjoy appetizers, sip on drinks from the bar and watch this exhilarating horse race. Fun and Games

The Terrace Club, May 11, 10am – 5pm

Try your hand at cornhole, bocce ball or giant Jenga as you savor tasty drinks from the bar—it’s all there for you to enjoy at The Terrace Club.

 

Anniversary Sweet Treats

The Veranda, May 18, 10am – 5pm

Celebrate Terramor’s second anniversary with confectionary delights. Satisfy your sweet tooth and join us at The Veranda for some tasty treats.

 

Poolside Steel Drums

The Terrace Club, May 25, Afternoon

Get down to classic Caribbean sounds by the pool! Sit back, relax and sip on a cocktail from the bar as a steel pannist plays rhythmic drums.

The Terrace Club Breaks Ground

Please pardon our dust at Terramor – we are excited to announce that The Terrace Club has officially broken ground. Opening by summer 2018, this highly-anticipated recreational club will cater exclusively to residents living in 55+ Terramor neighborhoods.

The Terrace Club will be an extension of our residents’ homes by providing a beautiful and welcoming place to lounge, entertain and relax. And, with an emphasis on wellness, The Terrace Club will include a gym and fitness studio, indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball and saunas for post-workout relaxation – all providing places to live an active lifestyle surrounded by Temescal Valley’s natural scenery.

Community and social life are at the core of Terramor, and The Terrace Club will include a crafts room and multipurpose rooms to create more communal spaces for gathering. The social scene in the community is off to a great start, with Cortina and Ardena residents moving in, enjoying each other’s company and getting ready to welcome new residents at Sterling, a new neighborhood coming soon.

With the Terrace Club’s arrival next year, there’s no better time to learn more about this new community in the hills of Temescal Valley.
