Terramor’s first holiday season has been a festive success with lively resident gatherings and neighborhood parties at The Veranda. And now that it’s December, it’s time to get in the holiday spirit and enjoy the many festive events happening in and around Temescal Valley all month long.

The Terrace Club will be an extension of our residents’ homes by providing a beautiful and welcoming place to lounge, entertain and relax. Looks like Terramor’s the talk of the town! A recent feature in The Press-Enterprise introduces us to the Keens, the first homeowners to officially move into Terramor. With summer in full swing, it’s time to embrace all the summertime events happening in and around Temescal Valley.
There are plenty of ways to celebrate Independence Day in the area. Join family, friends and neighbors at this year’s Independence Day Celebration in Corona – complete with a Main Street parade, outdoor festival and late-night fireworks show. On the day of celebrations, enjoy a 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular at La Sierra Park in Riverside or head to the nearby La Laguna Resort and Boat Launch in Lake Elsinore for a boating and fireworks show to take in all the lights reflected in the water.
Settle in for the Annual Concert on the Green series on the South Lawn of Corona City Hall. There will be food, live music and a beer and wine garden to take advantage of. The series kicks off on July 13th and and continues every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm throughout the summer.
Bring the kids for the early-morning movie series hosted by the Dos Lagos Luxury Theatres. Admission is free, so head over for some family-friendly films.

Terramor’s Grand Celebration was a grand success! More than 1,000 people attended the unveiling of our new community in Temescal Valley. Guests were greeted with cool eucalyptus towels, sipped beverages from a barista station and marveled at the expansive views from The Veranda. A live band provided the perfect backdrop while future neighbors spoke with the builders about upcoming neighborhoods and toured the new model homes at Cortina, the first 55+ neighborhood to open.
If you didn’t get a chance to join us at the Grand Celebration, you can still see what all the buzz is about. The Welcome House at The Veranda is now open daily, from 10am to 5:30pm, and is the perfect place to discover everything Terramor has to offer. Come by and learn about the resort-style amenities, open space, miles of trails and stunning new home collections. Then tour the model homes and experience life at Terramor for yourself.
