Terramor will feature two clubhouses, The Terrace Club and The Veranda. The Terrace Club will be exclusively for the 55+ crowd, offering a gym and wellness studio, multipurpose rooms, an outdoor cooking area, resort-style pool, hot tub, crafts room and more. The Veranda, which is already completed, is for residents of all ages, offering a pool, toddler pool, private event space and restrooms. In addition, residents will have access to miles of trails and parks and be surrounded by 540 acres of preserved open spaces.
