Corona Circle City Center, March 4 at 3 pm
Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with local artists, jazz music plus craft brew, wine and restaurant tastings as well as the famous “opportunity” raffle bar.
Auburndale Intermediate School, March 10 at 9 am
For a fun day of miles and smiles, set up camp at this running event and stay all day to enjoy music, entertainment and prizes.
California Irish Festival 2018
Lake Perris Fairgrounds, March 10 and March 11 at 11 am
The California Irish Festival will celebrate the best in Celtic cuisine and feature family fun, live music, entertainment, beer gardens and much more.
Zen&Now Sunset Meditation Hike
Temescal Canyon Park, March 10 at 4 pm
Embark on a unique transformational experience with a hike to Skull Rock in Temescal Canyon that combines exercise, nature, music and guided meditation in a group setting.
Romano’s Downtown Riverside, March 15 at 9 am
If you’re a college basketball fan, head over to Romano’s for a day of delicious food and drinks, free-throw contests, auctions, special appearances and more while you watch the games.
The Shops at Dos Lagos, March 17 through March 24
In the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, The Shops at Dos Lagos will dye the fountain located between Papaya and Beverly Hills Bridal green! Post your photos on social media for a chance to win prizes.

Paws O’ Gold Pet Adoption Event
Corona Circle City Center, March 17 at 9 am
Explore a variety of pet-care booths and take part in raffles, a costume contest for pets and a photo area. The Corona Animal Shelter will be on site with pets available for adoption.
Outlets at Lake Elsinore, March 17 at 2 pm
Test your St. Patrick’s Day luck and participate in a scavenger hunt to solve puzzles and cryptic clues while running through obstacle courses for a chance to win the grand pot of gold.
Inspire’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Bingo Fundraiser

Join in on this annual bingo night fundraiser with proceeds going toward helping the foster and homeless youth in the Inspire Life Skills Training program.

Sterling Model Grand Opening

December Events Near Terramor
Terramor’s first holiday season has been a festive success with lively resident gatherings and neighborhood parties at The Veranda. And now that it’s December, it’s time to get in the holiday spirit and enjoy the many festive events happening in and around Temescal Valley all month long.
Find the perfect gift and finish up your holiday shopping at the Christmas Market Nights at The Shops at Dos Lagos. Enjoy browsing the local artisan booths, premium craft ale from Stone Church Brewing, live entertainment and festive holiday wagon floats.
Discover new annual holiday traditions at nearby Tom’s Farms. Family, friends and neighbors will all feel the season’s cheer with the Festival of Lights’ night train, featuring over a million lights and running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through December 23rd. You can also visit Santa himself at Tom’s Farms every day from December 16th to December 23rd.
It’s not winter without snow, and this month there are two opportunities to enjoy some chilly winter fun. First, head over to The Shops at Dos Lagos on Saturday, December 9th from 1pm to 4pm for fifty tons of fresh snow, kid-friendly crafts, face painting and more. Then, take the kids and grandkids to enjoy a second snow day at Deleo Regional Park on Saturday, December 16th from 11am to 2pm. This winter wonderland will include a visit from Santa, train rides, sled ramps, cookie decorating, giveaways and more fun for the whole family. And, of course, you can’t celebrate the holidays without a visit to the world-famous Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside to see the incredible light display in person.
Now that you have your holiday events planned out, make sure to tour the new model homes at Sorrel and Caraway, our first two all-age neighborhoods, and stop by Cortina and Ardena, exclusively for the 55+. With so much happening throughout December, there are plenty of way to embrace the holidays and start the new year fresh in your new home at Terramor.

Summer at Terramor
With summer in full swing, it’s time to embrace all the summertime events happening in and around Temescal Valley.
There are plenty of ways to celebrate Independence Day in the area. Join family, friends and neighbors at this year’s Independence Day Celebration in Corona – complete with a Main Street parade, outdoor festival and late-night fireworks show. On the day of celebrations, enjoy a 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular at La Sierra Park in Riverside or head to the nearby La Laguna Resort and Boat Launch in Lake Elsinore for a boating and fireworks show to take in all the lights reflected in the water.
Settle in for the Annual Concert on the Green series on the South Lawn of Corona City Hall. There will be food, live music and a beer and wine garden to take advantage of. The series kicks off on July 13th and and continues every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm throughout the summer.
Bring the kids for the early-morning movie series hosted by the Dos Lagos Luxury Theatres. Admission is free, so head over for some family-friendly films.
Make sure to stop by The Welcome House, where you can experience The Veranda. With its picturesque pool, outlook point and barbecue pits, it’s perfect for friendly gatherings. Tour the new model homes waiting for you at Cortina and Ardena, the first two 55+ neighborhoods.

Join us June 17 from to 3pm as we celebrate the opening the model homes for Ardena by Del Webb – Terramor’s newest 55+ neighborhood.
Three model homes will b11am e open to explore, showcasing each of the floor plans available in this exciting new neighborhood.
While you’re there, enjoy fresh treats and beverages, take in live music and meet future neighbors. You can take a tour of the models at the nearby neighborhood Cortina, also by Del Webb, and check out The Veranda – Terramor’s recreational club for all ages. Residents of Ardena will have access to The Veranda and The Terrace Club, a recreational club for residents of 55+ neighborhoods.

A Grand Success
Terramor’s Grand Celebration was a grand success! More than 1,000 people attended the unveiling of our new community in Temescal Valley. Guests were greeted with cool eucalyptus towels, sipped beverages from a barista station and marveled at the expansive views from The Veranda. A live band provided the perfect backdrop while future neighbors spoke with the builders about upcoming neighborhoods and toured the new model homes at Cortina, the first 55+ neighborhood to open.
If you didn’t get a chance to join us at the Grand Celebration, you can still see what all the buzz is about. The Welcome House at The Veranda is now open daily, from 10am to 5:30pm, and is the perfect place to discover everything Terramor has to offer. Come by and learn about the resort-style amenities, open space, miles of trails and stunning new home collections. Then tour the model homes and experience life at Terramor for yourself. Begin your day at The Veranda, our all-ages recreation center. Be sure to wander through the breezeways, stop by the pool and take in the view from The Overlook (near the fire pit and barbecues). Enjoy refreshments, live music, crafts for both kids and adults and fun photo ops.
Explore amenities in The Welcome House, meet the Terramor team and speak with builders Del Webb, KB Home and CalAtlantic Homes. Representatives from each will be on hand to answer any questions regarding new home neighborhoods now selling and coming soon.
Next, head over to Cortina, the first 55+ neighborhood. Take a short walk along one of our many paseos from The Veranda or ride in a complimentary golf cart. Once at Cortina, take a tour of the brand new model homes showcasing flexible floor plans, interior amenities and mountain vistas.
