The Terrace Club Breaks Ground
Please pardon our dust at Terramor – we are excited to announce that The Terrace Club has officially broken ground. Opening by summer 2018, this highly-anticipated recreational club will cater exclusively to residents living in 55+ Terramor neighborhoods.
The Terrace Club will be an extension of our residents’ homes by providing a beautiful and welcoming place to lounge, entertain and relax. And, with an emphasis on wellness, The Terrace Club will include a gym and fitness studio, indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball and saunas for post-workout relaxation – all providing places to live an active lifestyle surrounded by Temescal Valley’s natural scenery.
Community and social life are at the core of Terramor, and The Terrace Club will include a crafts room and multipurpose rooms to create more communal spaces for gathering. The social scene in the community is off to a great start, with Cortina and Ardena residents moving in, enjoying each other’s company and getting ready to welcome new residents at Sterling, a new neighborhood coming soon.

Terramor’s First Family – The Press-Enterprise
Looks like Terramor’s the talk of the town! A recent feature in The Press-Enterprise introduces us to the Keens, the first homeowners to officially move into Terramor. Longtime Inland Empire locals, the Keens lived in Rancho Cucamonga since 1989. After stopping by on a whim, they found their perfect home for retirement at Cortina and just recently moved in. New Neighborhoods Joining Terramor
Set your sights on dramatic views and heightened living with three new neighborhoods coming soon to Terramor: Sterling by CalAtlantic Homes, exclusively for the 55+ crowd, and Sorrel and Caraway by KB Homes, the first all-ages neighborhoods. We are thrilled to have these new home collections join Cortina and Ardena.
A beautiful new home collection exclusively for the 55+ crowd, Sterling by CalAtlantic Homes will offer generous living space with up to 2,484 sq. ft., three bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. Residents can choose between four unique floor plans and will enjoy full access to Terramor’s resort-style amenities, including the Terrace Club, The Veranda and acres of parks and paseos throughout the community.
The first two neighborhoods designed for all-ages, Sorrel and Caraway are both being developed by KB Homes. A Love for the Land
We’re excited to see the buzz about Terramor in Proud Green Home, recognizing our initiatives to help create an eco-friendly and sustainable community.
As part of our commitment to creating an energy-efficient environment, the Terramor community plan incorporates a large natural preserve, relocated large oak trees and a substantial amount of space dedicated to outdoor recreation and activities. Multiple landscapes and slopes have been created throughout, from a Zinfandel vineyard to the milkweed garden that will serve as a haven for monarch butterflies.
Water conservation has also been a top priority. All native and drought-tolerant landscaping will be irrigated using reclaimed water and the existing 540 acres of preserved space surrounding the community will also be responsibly maintained.

Terramor’s First Neighborhoods
Terramor has announced the first two distinct neighborhoods soon available to call home: Cortina and Ardena.
Cortina, from the high $400,000s, will include a collection of single-family residences with distinct architectural styles and three floor plans to choose from: Corvara (1,999 sq. ft.), Maggio (2,056 sq. ft.) and Stella (2,172 sq. ft.). All three plans will feature multiple bedrooms, two baths, two-car garages and optional den or flex space that can be converted into a bonus room. Slight variations include covered patios, optional outdoor fireplace and storage area.
For those who do not need as much space, Ardena, from the mid $400,000s, is for you. A similar collection of single-family homes adjacent to Cortina, these modern residences offer their own distinct floor plans as well: Brownstone (1,579 sq. ft.), Silver Creek (1,731 sq. ft.) and Bellwood (1,865 sq. ft.). These homes all include up to three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garages and covered patios perfect for entertaining. The largest floorplan, Bellwood, includes a den and each of the three homes will have their own customizable options that can be tailored to fit your individual lifestyle and needs.
