For a fun day of miles and smiles, set up camp at this running event and stay all day to enjoy music, entertainment and prizes.
California Irish Festival 2018
Lake Perris Fairgrounds, March 10 and March 11 at 11 am
The California Irish Festival will celebrate the best in Celtic cuisine and feature family fun, live music, entertainment, beer gardens and much more.
Zen&Now Sunset Meditation Hike

Terramor’s first holiday season has been a festive success with lively resident gatherings and neighborhood parties at The Veranda. And now that it’s December, it’s time to get in the holiday spirit and enjoy the many festive events happening in and around Temescal Valley all month long.
Find the perfect gift and finish up your holiday shopping at the Christmas Market Nights at The Shops at Dos Lagos. Enjoy browsing the local artisan booths, premium craft ale from Stone Church Brewing, live entertainment and festive holiday wagon floats.
Discover new annual holiday traditions at nearby Tom’s Farms. Family, friends and neighbors will all feel the season’s cheer with the Festival of Lights’ night train, featuring over a million lights and running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday through December 23rd. You can also visit Santa himself at Tom’s Farms every day from December 16th to December 23rd.
It’s not winter without snow, and this month there are two opportunities to enjoy some chilly winter fun. First, head over to The Shops at Dos Lagos on Saturday, December 9th from 1pm to 4pm for fifty tons of fresh snow, kid-friendly crafts, face painting and more. Then, take the kids and grandkids to enjoy a second snow day at Deleo Regional Park on Saturday, December 16th from 11am to 2pm. This winter wonderland will include a visit from Santa, train rides, sled ramps, cookie decorating, giveaways and more fun for the whole family. And, of course, you can’t celebrate the holidays without a visit to the world-famous Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside to see the incredible light display in person.
Now that you have your holiday events planned out, make sure to tour the new model homes at Sorrel and Caraway, our first two all-age neighborhoods, and stop by Cortina and Ardena, exclusively for the 55+. With so much happening throughout December, there are plenty of way to embrace the holidays and start the new year fresh in your new home at Terramor.

Begin your day at The Veranda, our all-ages recreation center. Be sure to wander through the breezeways, stop by the pool and take in the view from The Overlook (near the fire pit and barbecues). Enjoy refreshments, live music, crafts for both kids and adults and fun photo ops.
Explore amenities in The Welcome House, meet the Terramor team and speak with builders Del Webb, KB Home and CalAtlantic Homes. Representatives from each will be on hand to answer any questions regarding new home neighborhoods now selling and coming soon.
Next, head over to Cortina, the first 55+ neighborhood. Take a short walk along one of our many paseos from The Veranda or ride in a complimentary golf cart. Once at Cortina, take a tour of the brand new model homes showcasing flexible floor plans, interior amenities and mountain vistas.
