Please pardon our dust at Terramor – we are excited to announce that The Terrace Club has officially broken ground. Opening by summer 2018, this highly-anticipated recreational club will cater exclusively to residents living in 55+ Terramor neighborhoods.
The Terrace Club will be an extension of our residents’ homes by providing a beautiful and welcoming place to lounge, entertain and relax. And, with an emphasis on wellness, The Terrace Club will include a gym and fitness studio, indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball and saunas for post-workout relaxation – all providing places to live an active lifestyle surrounded by Temescal Valley’s natural scenery.
Community and social life are at the core of Terramor, and The Terrace Club will include a crafts room and multipurpose rooms to create more communal spaces for gathering. The social scene in the community is off to a great start, with Cortina and Ardena residents moving in, enjoying each other’s company and getting ready to welcome new residents at Sterling, a new neighborhood coming soon.
With the Terrace Club’s arrival next year, there’s no better time to learn more about this new community in the hills of Temescal Valley.

Set in the hills of Temescal Valley, Terramor offers refreshing vistas and miles of hiking outside of its borders that will appease the explorer in everyone. Within Terramor are more than five miles of walking trails that will allow residents to easily walk throughout the community, either to enjoy a leisurely stroll or with a destination in mind. Mutiple parks and miles of paseos will provide the perfect space to get some fresh air and light exercise, making the community very walkable and the different neighborhoods easily accessed on foot.
The Terramor community is bordered by over 540 acres of natural reserve, including the natural riparian habitat. This land features countless hikes for all experience levels, so, if you are looking for variety, you have come to the right place. For an array of hiking trails, there is the nearby Cleveland National Forest and Lake Matthews Estelle Mountain Reserve – both feature sprawling wildlife and beautiful vistas waiting to be explored. For a more moderate hike try nearby Indian Truck Trail, located off Santiago Canyon Road. This hike takes you into the heart of the Santa Ana Mountains and includes canyon views on mild terrain. It is important to remember that this land is outside of the Terramor community and we recommend using caution whenever one is exploring natural wildlife. Please note that, on this particular hike, portions double as a dirt road and vehicles can easily pass through.
Residents will be able to not only explore Terramor but also wildlife and land surrounding the community. With so much to see and do, expect to discover new passions and interests every day.
Register here and experience the wonder of calling Terramor home.
