There’s only one thing that could make the views on Vista Trail any better – appreciating them with friends and loved ones. Join up with the new walking club for fun walks, great company and extra motivation to stick with your routine. Once per week, they meet up for a fun excursion through Terramor.

Surrounded by over 540 acres of preserved spaces and close to both the Cleveland National Forest and Lake Matthews Estelle Mountain Reserve, Terramor connects to a wide array of hiking trails for every experience level. For outdoor possibilities, you’ve come to the right place.

The Terrace Club Breaks Ground

Please pardon our dust at Terramor – we are excited to announce that The Terrace Club has officially broken ground. Opening by summer 2018, this highly-anticipated recreational club will cater exclusively to residents living in 55+ Terramor neighborhoods.

The Terrace Club will be an extension of our residents’ homes by providing a beautiful and welcoming place to lounge, entertain and relax. And, with an emphasis on wellness, The Terrace Club will include a gym and fitness studio, indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball and saunas for post-workout relaxation – all providing places to live an active lifestyle surrounded by Temescal Valley’s natural scenery.

Community and social life are at the core of Terramor, and The Terrace Club will include a crafts room and multipurpose rooms to create more communal spaces for gathering. The social scene in the community is off to a great start, with Cortina and Ardena residents moving in, enjoying each other’s company and getting ready to welcome new residents at Sterling, a new neighborhood coming soon.
