The Terrace Club Breaks Ground

Please pardon our dust at Terramor – we are excited to announce that The Terrace Club has officially broken ground. Opening by summer 2018, this highly-anticipated recreational club will cater exclusively to residents living in 55+ Terramor neighborhoods.

The Terrace Club will be an extension of our residents’ homes by providing a beautiful and welcoming place to lounge, entertain and relax. And, with an emphasis on wellness, The Terrace Club will include a gym and fitness studio, indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball and saunas for post-workout relaxation – all providing places to live an active lifestyle surrounded by Temescal Valley’s natural scenery.

Terramor’s First Neighborhoods

Terramor has announced the first two distinct neighborhoods soon available to call home: Cortina and Ardena.

Cortina, from the high $400,000s, will include a collection of single-family residences with distinct architectural styles and three floor plans to choose from: Corvara (1,999 sq. ft.), Maggio (2,056 sq. ft.) and Stella (2,172 sq. ft.). All three plans will feature multiple bedrooms, two baths, two-car garages and optional den or flex space that can be converted into a bonus room.
