Toasting 2018 at Terramor
Terramor brought lots of excitement to Temescal Valley in 2018, and there’s plenty more to explore, discover and look forward to.
The year started off strong on January 6th with the Model Grand Opening of a brand new 55+ neighborhood, Sterling by CalAtlantic Homes – A Lennar Company. Featuring four inspired floor plans, Sterling boasts living options for any lifestyle with California rooms, private offices, courtyards and flex spaces.
We also got to watch The Terrace Club take shape leading up to the exciting Big Reveal, when residents and visitors alike got to explore the resort-style amenity center and take part in tennis and pickleball lessons, art classes, live pottery demonstrations and more. The opening of this exclusive oasis for 55+ residents has raised the bar for Terramor living.
Along with these grand special events, the lifestyle at Terramor has grown. Getting involved in the community comes second nature with welcoming social and wellness clubs. Plus, the Welcome House has established monthly homeowner events to spark connection and friendships between neighbors and residents.
Terramor has taken pride in its open and scenic nature. Public trails opened and construction began on the Vista Trail, which will make it even easier to explore the beautiful surrounding preserved open space, winding through the nearby hills with spectacular views of the Santa Ana Mountains. For even more outdoors to discover, Terramor Commons will soon be enjoyed by residents with sports fields, dog parks, event space and more.

Riverview Recreation Park, Varying dates until October 31
After two weeks of flooding, 13 coffins were discovered in the wooded area next to River Rd. and Archibald Ave. in the city of Corona. The authorities and locals started referring to this area as Coffin Creek. Now it’s up to you to find out what is haunting the woods.

With so many great restaurants and markets nearby, the delicious farm-to-table meals and locally sourced produce around this community will certainly inspire extra appreciation for nature. When you feel like indulging, you can’t beat the unbelievable dining at Ivy Kitchen. As the main restaurant at Glen Ivy, Ivy Kitchen embodies a farm-to-table philosophy, sourcing organic and locally grown ingredients whenever possible. Chef Micah Severeid believes in keeping dishes fresh and clean, with a style he calls “healthy Mexi-Cali with a coastal twist.”
Just down the street from Terramor, Tom’s Farms is a mainstay of Temescal Valley dining and shopping. With a farmers’ market and sweets shop, hamburger and Mexican restaurants, wine and cheese shop and more, you never have to go far to enjoy quality food.
If you’re looking for a traditional open-air farmers’ market, you can’t go wrong with the Old Town Temecula Certified Farmers’ Market and Corona Certified Farmers’ Market. Open on Saturdays from 8 am to 12:30 pm, each of these great markets offers locally sourced fruits and vegetables, prepared food and artisan crafts.

Opening soon, Vista Trail is sure to be a new favorite route within the community thanks to its fantastic views. Reach the summit of this trail and you’ll be greeted with spectacular panoramas of the Santa Ana Mountains and Temescal Valley. And it joins with miles of trails that will wind through Terramor, linking multiple parks and paseos for the ideal way to get some fresh air and exercise.
There’s only one thing that could make the views on Vista Trail any better – appreciating them with friends and loved ones. Join up with the new walking club for fun walks, great company and extra motivation to stick with your routine. Once per week, they meet up for a fun excursion through Terramor.
