Longtime Inland Empire locals, the Keens lived in Rancho Cucamonga since 1989. After stopping by on a whim, they found their perfect home for retirement at Cortina and just recently moved in. Learn more about their story here.

Within Terramor are more than five miles of walking trails that will allow residents to easily walk throughout the community, either to enjoy a leisurely stroll or with a destination in mind. Mutiple parks and miles of paseos will provide the perfect space to get some fresh air and light exercise, making the community very walkable and the different neighborhoods easily accessed on foot.
The Terramor community is bordered by over 540 acres of natural reserve, including the natural riparian habitat. This land features countless hikes for all experience levels, so, if you are looking for variety, you have come to the right place. For an array of hiking trails, there is the nearby Cleveland National Forest and Lake Matthews Estelle Mountain Reserve – both feature sprawling wildlife and beautiful vistas waiting to be explored. For a more moderate hike try nearby Indian Truck Trail, located off Santiago Canyon Road. This hike takes you into the heart of the Santa Ana Mountains and includes canyon views on mild terrain. It is important to remember that this land is outside of the Terramor community and we recommend using caution whenever one is exploring natural wildlife.
